Sam works with musicians, theater makers, dancers, and thinkers — people with something to say and a need to say it well. Working between Maine and Cleveland, Ohio, he moves between digital and analog to make work that's deliberate and atmospheric.
When he's not on set, he's designing sound, tinkering with quirky Swedish cars, sailing regattas, or wiring a mainframe computer in his basement — all in time to watch the leaves turn and do it all again before class.
